St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children Hosts 10th Annual Bike Safety Rodeo

St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children hosted their 10th Annual Bike Safety Rodeo on Saturday, June 10, 2023, in the hospital’s parking lot. Dozens of kids and families from the community took part in the fun event.

Forty brand-new bikes were given away in a free raffle, and 200 free bicycle helmets were distributed to attendees on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Philadelphia Police Department bicycle squad was on hand to help kids test their skills on a chalk obstacle course, and Neighborhood Bike Works of Philadelphia provided bicycle safety checks and tune-ups for the young cyclists.
