Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City, in partnership with the non-profit Kelly’s Kidz, facilitated a huge toy donation to St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children on Monday, December 18, 2023. The donation was distributed to patients receiving treatment at the hospital throughout the holiday season.
Toys, pajamas, and blankets were collected at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City throughout December, with hundreds of donations made to support St. Christopher’s patients.
St. Christopher’s lobby was filled with gifts at the toy donation event on December 18. Toys were presented to the children by Santa and Mrs. Claus; as well as George Goldhoff, President of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City; Kelly’s Kidz; and St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children.
St. Christopher’s Chief Nursing Officer Claire Alminde, MSN, RN, CPN, NEA-BC, spoke about the importance of giving back for the holidays, and what such support means to kids in the hospital during the holiday season.
Patients, their families, doctors, nurses, and other staff members took part in the heartwarming, festive holiday celebration.
