Tower Health is focused on improving patient access to healthcare. Whether it's primary care, behavioral health, urgent care, inpatient care, rehabilitation, or home care, Tower Health connects you to the right care you need throughout all stages of life.
MyTowerHealth, formerly known as MyChart, is a secure online and mobile-friendly patient portal that gives you access to your electronic health record, allowing individuals to manage their healthcare, communicate with care professionals, request prescription refills, view test results, confirm appointments, and more.
As an integrated healthcare network, Tower Health provides high-quality, compassionate care that is also seamless. With MyTowerHealth, connecting you and your loved ones from hospital to rehabilitation, or from primary care to specialist, across the continuum of care, will be easier than ever.
Within the next six months, all of the hospitals and physician practices within Tower Health will begin using the same electronic health record, EPIC, as well as the MyTowerHealth patient portal. This will give patients access to all of their health information from providers throughout the system all in one place. It will also give providers the same system-wide access to patients health information, leading to more informed clinical decisions and seamless care for patients and family members.
"Reading Hospital patients will enjoy all of the same features they are used to within MyTowerHealth. The online and mobile-friendly portal provides patients with secure access to manage their own healthcare, as well as the ability to communicate with their physicians and providers, request prescription refills, view medical records and test results, confirm appointments, and more," said Michelle Trupp, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Tower Health. "By providing seamless access to the best possible care, we continue to fulfill our promise of 'Advancing Health. Transforming Lives.' to the communities we serve."
Existing users will not have to do anything and can continue to enjoy all the same features now within MyTowerHealth. Patients interested in creating a MyTowerHealth account can learn more at MyTowerHealth.org.
