Patient reviewed on September 2024Dr. Arhensfeld(spelling) was amazing. Very knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate
-
Patient reviewed on September 2024Considering this was my first annual visit and I had conveyed that I hadn't had an annual in 1.5 years (my Dr. Had retired unexpectedly) I did not experience any warmth or actual interest in my overall wellbeing. The doctor didn't ask me about life, lifestyle, work, eating, exercising, family concerns/stresses (aging parent), didn't acknowledge that I'm doing quite well for my age. Didn't give any suggestions, didn't engage me at all. I clearly didn't want to open up on my own because I felt I was at a Taco Bell, with someone just taking my order. My recommendation: please provide better training on people skills/bedside manner. "People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care."
