Rock Steady Boxing |
The Rock Steady Boxing Program enables people with Parkinson's disease to "fight back" through a non-contact boxing-style fitness program. Rock Steady Boxing provides a motivational approach, inspiring maximum effort, speed, strength, balance, and flexibility. Hatha Yoga |
Hatha Yoga is the most popular yoga practiced in the United States. It focuses on yoga postures (asanas) and breathing techniques. The postures can help your energy to flow freely and help create balance in your life. Research shows many benefits of Hatha Yoga, such as improved posture, flexibility and strength, as well as improved sleep, lower blood pressure, and the management of stress.
