Aquatic Fitness

Aquatic Fitness is an exercise program for individuals who are experiencing pain, decreased endurance, and problems with balance and fatigue. Participants enjoy the comfort of a heated pool while working to increase strength, improve balance, increase cardiovascular conditioning, and decrease pain. Limited availability! $8 per class:

Parkinson Wellness Recovery (PWR!)*

Parkinson Wellness Recovery (PWR!) can help improve movement, coordination and feeling rigid. PWR! Moves® are designed for people with Parkinson’s Disease. Whole body movements are performed in multiple positions (floor/sitting/standing). 

When: Thursdays at 10:30 a.m.

Seated and standing exercises for individuals with Parkinson’s to build strength, stability, mobility and flexibility.

Rock Steady Boxing

The Rock Steady Boxing Program enables people with Parkinson's disease to "fight back" through a non-contact boxing-style fitness program. Tai Chi

Tai Chi is known to have many health benefits. An experienced instructor will lead you through slow, relaxed, graceful movements. With a focus on breathing and meditation, the entire body is always in motion, moving gently and at a uniform speed.
