Code of Conduct
All Tower Health employees are also expected to support an inclusive workplace culture by adhering to the following conduct standards:
- Treat everyone with dignity and respect at all times.
- Foster teamwork and employee participation by encouraging the representation of different employee opinions and perspectives.
- Seek out insights from employees with different experiences, perspectives, and backgrounds.
- Avoid slang or idioms that might not translate across cultures.
- Support flexible work accommodations, when able, for co-workers with different needs, abilities and/or obligations, or support their transition to a role internally that can accommodate them.
- Examine whether any of your decisions or behaviors may be rooted in bias, which could negatively impact team cohesion and morale.
- Challenge the decisions and behavior of others that are improperly based on biases, and ask for support in addressing these concerns if needed.
- Be open minded and listen when given constructive feedback regarding others’ perception of your conduct. Ask questions to gain further understanding.
- Attend trainings offered by Tower Health intended to enhance your knowledge and understanding of the expectations of our workplace culture.
