Q. Why do you love your job?
I love my job because it allows me to make a positive impact on people’s lives. In my role, I get to shape a positive work environment, support employee growth, and help build a culture where everyone feels valued. There’s something deeply satisfying about helping others succeed and watching the organization grow because of it.

Q. Where are you from?
My mother is Puerto Rican, and my father was from the Dominican Republic. I was raised in Reading, PA.

Q. What would surprise people about you?
People almost always seem surprised to learn that I love camping, hiking, and most anything outdoors. I am afraid of bugs, so the two clearly are hard for people to reconcile.

Q. How many languages do you speak?
Two. I am fully fluent in English and Spanish.

Q. What is your proudest accomplishment?
Without question, my family. I have three children who I am very close to and adore no matter how old they get. Together, my husband Sal and I have five children, a son-in-law, and our first grandson. I strive every day to be an example of love and kindness for all of them.
