Tower Health Medical Group Surgery is pleased to announce that Dalkeith Facey, DO, FACOS, FACS, MBA; and Scott Grant, MD, M. Bioethics, FACS, have joined their practice. Both surgeons are on the Medical Staff at Phoenixville Hospital and Pottstown Hospital.
Dr. Facey is board-certified in general surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has over 16 years of experience and specializes in minimally invasive surgery, robotic surgery, breast surgery, wound care, upper endoscopy, and colonoscopy. Dr. Facey received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship at St. Barnabas Hospital in Bronx, NY, before completing his general surgery residency at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in Queens, NY, where he was Chief Resident. Dr. Facey also holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Long Island University. Prior to joining Tower Health, Dr. Facey was Chief of Surgery at Massena Hospital. Dr. Facey served in the United States Air Force, and enjoys soccer, tennis, reading, and walking.
Dr. Grant is a board-certified general surgeon who is fellowship-trained in endocrine surgery (thyroid, parathyroid, and adrenal.) Dr. Grant received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University, before attending the Brown-Dartmouth program for medical school, and graduating from the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. He completed his general surgery residency at Rutgers – Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. He fulfilled a clinical medical ethics fellowship at the University of Chicago MacLean Center, later serving as a Senior Fellow. He also accomplished an endocrine surgery fellowship at the University of Chicago. Dr. Grant has published 18 articles, five book chapters, and has presented at national surgical meetings. He has been recognized by Castle Connolly as a Top Doctor and is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha honor medical society. He has performed over 1,000 surgeries and over 200 robotic surgeries.
