Reading Hospital Foundation has named Alec Reinert as Director of Stewardship. In this leadership role, he will develop comprehensive fundraising strategies and raise awareness about the tremendous impact of the Foundation’s philanthropic efforts.
A Berks County native with a background in donor relations and development, Mr. Reinert will cultivate ongoing support for the Foundation. Utilizing his professional network, he will establish partnerships with community organizations, schools, and universities to plan events and fundraisers.
“The Foundation is an extraordinary resource,” Mr. Reinert said. “I would like to make sure everyone in Berks County and beyond is aware of our wonderful work; because our projects and programs directly benefit our patients, team members, and the community.”
Mr. Reinert brings more than ten years of fundraising experience to the Reading Hospital Foundation. He most recently held the Executive Director role at the Sparks Foundation. He earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Kutztown University. He is an active community volunteer and member of the Schuylkill Valley Education Foundation. He was previously a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals Berks Chapter and the Greater Reading Mental Health Alliance.
