Tower Behavioral Health, a premier provider of mental health services in southeastern Pennsylvania, has selected Jenna Pacini as its Chief Executive Officer.

Most recently, Pacini served as CEO of Geisinger Behavioral Health Center Northeast, where she was instrumental in the operational planning of their new facility, set to open later this year. She has held numerous leadership positions at major health systems over the course of her career, including the role of COO at Belmont Behavioral Health System. There, she played a critical part in growing the hospital to become the largest free-standing psychiatric teaching hospital in the region.

“I am honored to have been selected as the new CEO of Tower Behavioral Health. I look forward to supporting Tower Behavioral Health’s journey of building a culture of compassion, and service with high standards for clinical excellence. Tower Behavioral Health’s growth over the past 2.5 years has been tremendous, and I am excited to lead the continued expansion of services to meet the needs of the community we serve,” said Pacini.

The new CEO succeeds Stephanie Lee, on the heels of her promotion to Division President, Specialty Operations of Acadia Healthcare. Lee adds, “I had the pleasure of working with Jenna when I was at Belmont, and I am confident that under her leadership, Tower Behavioral Health will continue to expand our strong foundation and work to improve our growing system.”

Pacini has a master’s degree in organizational and strategic leadership from Neumann University, and a bachelor’s degree in business from The Pennsylvania State University.
