Tower Health successfully filled all its open residency slots, adding 108 residents in 12 residency programs with students from 63 medical schools in the United States and internationally. The new residents will arrive in June for orientation and then officially begin their trainings the first week of July 2023. With the arrival of these new residents, Tower Health will be training a total of approximately 300 residents across the system.

Residents will join the following programs:
- Reading Hospital – Anesthesiology, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Neurology, OB/GYN, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Psychiatry
- Phoenixville Hospital – Internal Medicine, Psychiatry
- St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children – Pediatrics
