At Tower Health, we are very proud of to offer 35 ACGME-Accredited residency and fellowship programs based at Reading Hospital, Phoenixville Hospital, and St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children. In addition, Tower Health also sponsors the following training programs: podiatry residency, bariatric surgery fellowship, pediatric dentistry residency, and pharmacy residency.
The GME mission of Tower Health is to create and sustain a clinical learning environment that provides physicians-in-training with the education and experiences that will make help them become skilled and compassionate healthcare practitioners.

Tower Health has been a leader in establishing academic partnerships. Drexel University College of Medicine at Tower Health is one of many such partnerships and collaborations. Our residents and fellows have tremendous opportunities to teach medical students from Drexel and other medical schools while having access to the state-of-the-art Drexel facility at West Reading for additional learning and teaching experiences.
