About Us

Tower Health Medical Group Obstetrics & Gynecology – Exeter provides patients with a broad range of gynecological and obstetric services with the highest level of compassion and expertise.

Our unique practice allows both high- and low-risk pregnant patients to enjoy the benefits of midwifery care, while collaborating with an obstetrician/gynecologist and, if needed, maternal fetal medicine specialists. We are also able to support your postpartum experience with mental health and lactation visits in our office. We are part of a network of more than 890 healthcare providers committed to advancing the health of our communities and helping transform lives by being a consistent source of knowledge and support.

Our Services

Tower Health Medical Group Obstetrics & Gynecology – Exeter offers a complete selection of obstetric and gynecological services. Our practice is comprised of four certified nurse midwives, a women’s health nurse practitioner, and a board-certified obstetrician/gynecologist. One of our midwives is also a lactation consultant and a certified perinatal mental health provider. All of the providers in our office provide both prenatal and gynecologic care; and our midwives and Dr. Cammarano attend births at Reading Hospital.

Working with Reading Hospital midwives ensures we can offer 24/7 midwifery coverage for your birth. The midwifery model of care prioritizes patient autonomy and safe, respectful, trauma-informed care. Research shows benefits of midwifery care include lower rates of preterm birth and low birth weight babies, as well as lower cesarean birth rates across racial demographics.
