Tower Health announced today that Renee Buzby has joined the health system as Vice President for Human Resources, effective immediately.

Ms. Buzby brings more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources leadership, focusing on employee relations, compensation and benefits, union relations, training, regulatory compliance, HR information technology, and strategic planning. At Tower Health, she will be responsible to oversee Employee Relations, Total Rewards (Compensation and Benefits), Human Resources Information Systems, Human Resources Operations, and Learning and Development.

Prior to joining Tower Health, Ms. Buzby served as Senior Director, Human Resources at Brandywine Living. She also worked in HR for Wesley Enhanced Living and Presbyterian Senior Living and has served as an executive HR consultant.

Ms. Buzby holds an MBA from Colorado Technical University in Human Resources Management and a BS in Business Administration from Kutztown University. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resources Management.
