The Division of Dermatology at Reading Hospital is made up of board-certified dermatologists who are experts in treating disorders of the skin, hair, and nails. Our mission is to provide exceptional care to our patients and promote dermatologic health in an evidence-based manner. We are actively involved in the dermatologic education of residents, medical students, and the community at large.
Clinical Services
The Division of Dermatology provides care to patients of all ages, including pediatric patients. We specialize in the following:
Skin cancer
- Evaluation and diagnosis of lesions of concern
- Total body skin examinations utilizing dermoscopy to evaluate individual lesions
- Same-visit biopsies of concerning lesions
- Excisions and other procedural and medical treatment of skin cancers
- Photodynamic Therapy (PDT) for treatment of actinic keratoses and sun-damaged areas
Adult and Pediatric Dermatology
- Eczema
- Psoriasis

- Hair loss and other hair disorders
- Acne
