Our Division provides comprehensive care in arthritic and musculoskeletal disorders. We are committed to offering compassionate care in a multipurpose setting including rapid access to our providers, bilingual employees, and on-campus physical therapy, laboratory, X-rays, ultrasound, and infusion services.
All members are board certified in Internal Medicine and Adult Rheumatology. We participate in phase three drug studies to facilitate the development of new treatments for connective tissue disorders. We treat clinical conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, SLE, gout, osteoarthritis, psoriatic arthritis, vasculitis, and soft tissue rheumatic disease, tendonitis, bursitis, and fibromyalgia.
Participating in the Tower Health Internal Medicine training program is integrated into our practices. Residents rotate through our service regularly. Ongoing CME is required at the National (ACR) level, and Regional symposiums/meetings. We also provide 24/7 coverage for Rheumatology consultants at the Reading Hospital - Tower Health and the Post Acute Rehabilitation Hospital.
